Q: What size do the image files need to be?
A: The file images must be at least 300dpi or 1200x1800 pixels.
Q: What size are the announcements?
A: The announcements are 5 inches by 7 inches and can be oriented horizontally or vertically.
Q: Can you scan photos for me if I don't have a digital version?
A: Yes! E-mail us for our mailing address and we will scan the photograph for you. It will be returned to you with your order.
Q: Can you edit the photographs?
A. We can do any touchups that you would like to the photograph. We can also make it black and white or sepia toned.
Q: Can I reorder more announcements at a later date?
A: You can always reorder more announcements. We will keep your announcement on file.
Q: What if I change my mind?
A. You can cancel your order at any time before they are sent off to be printed. Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
Q: Is there a minimum order required?
A: The minimum order for announcements is 30.
Q: Can I order the envelopes early?
A: Yes. You can pre-order your announcements and receive the envelopes early with your paid order.
Q: Does it cost extra to mail announcements?
A: You can mail them with a .41 cent stamp.
Q: Do I need a PayPal membership in order to pay with PayPal?
A: No. You can pay securely with a credit card through PayPal without signing up for membership.
